1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the AIWP WordPress plugin or accessing getaiwp.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIWP is a WordPress plugin that provides AI-powered tools including an AI assistant, theme generator, image generation, and content tools. The plugin communicates with our proxy server hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which routes requests to third-party AI providers.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

• Free tier: The AI Assistant feature is free with a rate limit of 100 requests per day per IP address. No account or payment required.
• Paid tiers: Additional features (theme generation, images, content tools, premium AI models) require a paid subscription managed through LemonSqueezy. Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the proxy server.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing service.
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests beyond normal plugin usage.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AIWP (text, themes, images) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated content before using it on a live website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. We do not claim rights to your inputs or outputs.

6. Third-Party Services

AIWP relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate content. These providers have their own terms of service and usage policies. By using AIWP, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of the underlying AI provider.

7. Payments and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@getaiwp.com within 14 days of purchase.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. The free tier is provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from AI-generated content used on your website.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
